- 8 oz Cream cheese softened
- 1 cup Sour cream
- 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
- 12 oz Crab meat drained and flaked
- 2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper to taste
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella cheese, and cheddar cheese. Mix until smooth.
Add the crab meat, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, soy sauce, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
Serve hot with crackers or toasted bread.
