Ingredients

  • 2 cups Crab meat fresh or canned
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 2 cups Fish stock
  • 1 cup Tomato puree
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the flour and whisk until smooth. Cook for 2 minutes.
  3. 3. Gradually add the fish stock, whisking constantly.
  4. 4. Stir in the tomato puree and bring to a simmer.
  5. 5. Add the crab meat and heavy cream. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. 6. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  7. 7. Blend the soup until smooth using a blender.
  8. 8. Serve hot and enjoy!
