- 2 cups cottage cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoon cornstarch
Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
In a mixing bowl, beat the cottage cheese until smooth.
Add sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
Stir in sour cream, lemon juice, and cornstarch until combined.
Pour the mixture into a greased springform pan.
Bake for 60 minutes or until the center is set.
Let it cool before removing from the pan. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
