Ingredients 

Cheesecake

  • 2 cups cottage cheese
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon cornstarch

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the cottage cheese until smooth.
  3. Add sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  4. Stir in sour cream, lemon juice, and cornstarch until combined.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased springform pan.
  6. Bake for 60 minutes or until the center is set.
  7. Let it cool before removing from the pan. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
