  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 large Egg
  • ½ cup Milk

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, salt, baking soda, and baking powder.
  3. Add the cottage cheese, egg, and milk to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
  4. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
