- 24 pieces Oreo cookies crushed
- 5 tablespoons Butter melted
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 8 ounces Cream cheese softened
- 1 cup Powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a mixing bowl, combine crushed Oreo cookies and melted butter. Press mixture into a pie dish to form the crust.
3. Bake the crust for 10 minutes. Let it cool completely.
4. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
5. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
6. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
7. Pour the filling into the cooled crust and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
