Brownie Batter
- 1 cup unsalted butter melted
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
Cookies & Cream Topping
- 1 cup crushed chocolate sandwich cookies
- ½ cup white chocolate chips
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
In a large mixing bowl, combine melted butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla extract, and mix until smooth.
Gradually add flour, cocoa powder, and salt to the wet mixture. Stir until just combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan. Sprinkle crushed cookies and white chocolate chips evenly over the top.
Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let cool before cutting into squares.
