- 1 cup Butter melted
- 2 cups Sugar
- 4 Eggs
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1 cup Crushed chocolate sandwich cookies
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter and sugar.
Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Stir in vanilla extract.
Gradually add flour and cocoa powder, mixing until well combined.
Fold in crushed chocolate sandwich cookies.
Pour the batter into a greased baking pan.
Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let cool before cutting into squares and serving.
