Ingredients
- ½ cup unsalted butter softened
- ¾ cup brown sugar packed
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoon milk
- 1 ¼ cup all-purpose flour
- ½ cup mini chocolate chips
- 8 oz semisweet chocolate melted
In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and brown sugar until smooth.
Add the vanilla extract and milk, and mix until well combined.
Gradually add the flour, mixing until just combined. Stir in the mini chocolate chips.
Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Freeze the balls for about 15 minutes, or until firm.
Dip the frozen balls into the melted semisweet chocolate, and place them back on the parchment paper to set.
Refrigerate until the chocolate is firm, then enjoy!
