Ingredients

  • 1 cup Butter softened
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2 cups All-Purpose Flour heat-treated
  • 1 cup Mini Chocolate Chips
  • 2 cups Chocolate Melts for coating

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  2. Add the vanilla extract and mix until combined.
  3. Gradually add the heat-treated flour, mixing until just combined.
  4. Fold in the mini chocolate chips.
  5. Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Insert a lollipop stick into each ball and freeze for 15 minutes.
  7. Melt the chocolate melts according to package instructions.
  8. Dip each cookie dough ball into the melted chocolate, allowing any excess to drip off.
  9. Place the coated truffle pops back on the parchment-lined baking sheet and let the chocolate set.
