Ingredients 

Crust

  • 1.5 cups Graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • ½ cup Butter, melted

Filling

  • 24 oz Cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon Vanilla extract
  • 4 Large eggs
  • ½ cup Rainbow sprinkles

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Press mixture into the bottom of the pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add sour cream and vanilla, mixing well.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition. Fold in sprinkles.
  5. Pour filling over crust. Bake for 60 minutes or until center is set. Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
