Crust
- 1.5 cups Graham cracker crumbs
- ¼ cup Sugar
- ½ cup Butter, melted
Filling
- 24 oz Cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Sour cream
- 1 tablespoon Vanilla extract
- 4 Large eggs
- ½ cup Rainbow sprinkles
Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Press mixture into the bottom of the pan.
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add sour cream and vanilla, mixing well.
Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition. Fold in sprinkles.
Pour filling over crust. Bake for 60 minutes or until center is set. Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
