Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • ½ cup All-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 pcs Eggs beaten
  • 1 cup Shredded coconut
  • ½ cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a shallow bowl, mix flour, salt, and pepper.
  2. 2. In another bowl, beat the eggs.
  3. 3. In a third bowl, combine shredded coconut and panko breadcrumbs.
  4. 4. Dredge shrimp in the flour mixture, then dip in beaten eggs, and coat with coconut mixture.
  5. 5. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry shrimp in batches until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  6. 6. Drain on paper towels and serve warm.
