Cake Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1.5 cups sugar
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
- 0.5 cup butter, melted
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 0.5 teaspoon baking soda
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup shredded coconut
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking sheet.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Add the coconut milk, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
Fold in the shredded coconut.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking sheet and spread it evenly.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the cake cool completely before serving.
