Main Ingredients
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 packet gelatin about 2 ¼ tsp
- 2 tablespoon cold water
In a small bowl, sprinkle gelatin over cold water. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
In a saucepan, combine coconut milk, heavy cream, and sugar. Heat over medium until sugar dissolves.
Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla extract.
Add gelatin mixture to the saucepan. Stir until gelatin dissolves completely.
Pour mixture into ramekins. Chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
