- 3 cups sweetened shredded coconut
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded coconut, rolled oats, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well.
Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 1 inch apart.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
