  • 3 cups sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded coconut, rolled oats, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well.
  3. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 1 inch apart.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
  5. Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
