Ingredients 

Crust

  • 1 package Oreo cookies crushed
  • ¼ cup Butter melted

Filling

  • 1 can Coconut milk
  • 1 cup Water
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • ¼ cup Cornstarch dissolved in water
  • 1 cup Semi-sweet chocolate chips melted

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. 2. Mix crushed Oreo cookies and melted butter. Press into a pie dish to form the crust. Bake for 10 minutes and let cool.
  3. 3. In a saucepan, combine coconut milk, water, and sugar. Bring to a boil.
  4. 4. Dissolve cornstarch in a little water and add to the saucepan. Cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
  5. 5. Pour half of the coconut mixture into the crust. Mix the remaining half with melted chocolate and pour over the coconut layer.
  6. 6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
