Ingredients

  • ½ cup Coconut Flour
  • ½ teaspoon Baking Powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • 4 Eggs large
  • ¼ cup Milk dairy or non-dairy
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2 tablespoons Coconut Oil melted

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together coconut flour, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, beat the eggs, then add milk, honey, vanilla extract, and melted coconut oil. Mix well.
  3. Combine the wet and dry ingredients, stirring until smooth.
  4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour ¼ cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake.
  5. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown. Serve warm.
