- ½ cup Coconut Flour
- ¼ cup Coconut Oil melted
- ¼ cup Honey
- 2 Eggs
- ½ teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- ½ cup Chocolate Chips
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine the coconut flour, melted coconut oil, honey, eggs, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well until a dough forms.
Fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
Scoop tablespoon-sized amounts of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, flattening each cookie slightly with the back of the spoon.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
