  • ½ cup Coconut Flour
  • ¼ cup Coconut Oil melted
  • ¼ cup Honey
  • 2 Eggs
  • ½ teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • ½ cup Chocolate Chips

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the coconut flour, melted coconut oil, honey, eggs, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well until a dough forms.
  3. Fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  4. Scoop tablespoon-sized amounts of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, flattening each cookie slightly with the back of the spoon.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
  6. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
