Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Sugar for caramel
- 1 can Sweetened condensed milk
- 1 can Evaporated milk
- 1 cup Coconut milk
- 5 Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a saucepan over medium-low heat, melt sugar until golden. Pour into a round baking dish, tilting to coat the bottom evenly. Set aside.
In a blender, combine sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, coconut milk, eggs, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
Pour the milk mixture over the caramel in the baking dish.
Place the baking dish in a larger pan filled with hot water to create a water bath. Bake in preheated oven for 60 minutes, or until set.
Let cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving. To serve, run a knife around the edges and invert onto a plate.
