- 1 cup Dates pitted
- 1 cup Shredded Coconut
- ½ cup Almonds
- 1 tablespoon Coconut Oil melted
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
In a food processor, blend dates, shredded coconut, and almonds until finely chopped.
Add melted coconut oil and vanilla extract to the mixture and blend until well combined.
Press the mixture firmly into the lined baking dish.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before cutting into bars.
