- 1 cup pitted dates
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 0.5 cup almonds
- 0.25 cup cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1. In a food processor, blend the dates until they form a paste.
2. Add the shredded coconut, almonds, cocoa powder, coconut oil, and vanilla extract. Blend until well combined.
3. Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
