Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Shredded coconut
  • 1 cup Dark chocolate chips
  • ½ cup Heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Instructions 

  1. 1. Toast the shredded coconut in a dry pan over medium heat until golden brown. Set aside.
  2. 2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the dark chocolate chips and heavy cream. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth.
  3. 3. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. 4. Let the mixture cool slightly, then roll into small balls.
  5. 5. Roll each ball in the toasted coconut to coat.
  6. 6. Place the truffles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate until firm.
