- 4 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
- 1 cup Coconut Milk
- 1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
Honey Orange Sauce
- ½ cup Honey
- ½ cup Orange Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Cornstarch mixed with 1 tablespoon water
1. Preheat the skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
2. Dip chicken breasts in coconut milk, then coat with panko breadcrumbs.
3. Cook the chicken in the skillet for about 5-7 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through.
4. In a mixing bowl, whisk together honey, orange juice, soy sauce, and cornstarch mixture.
5. Pour the sauce into the skillet and cook until it thickens, about 2-3 minutes.
6. Serve the chicken with the sauce drizzled over the top.
