Crust
- 1.5 cups Graham cracker crumbs
- ¼ cup Sugar
- ½ cup Butter, melted
Filling
- 4 packages Cream cheese, softened 8 oz each
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 4 Eggs
Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Press mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
Pour the filling over the crust. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until the center is almost set. Cool before removing from the pan.
