Instructions
1. In a large pot, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
2. In the same pot, sauté the onion, garlic, and celery until softened.
3. Add the potatoes and clam juice. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender.
4. Stir in the heavy cream and clams. Cook until heated through.
5. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Garnish with the cooked bacon.
