Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 slices Bacon diced
  • 1 cup Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 cups Potatoes peeled and diced
  • 1 cup Celery chopped
  • 2 cups Clam Juice
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 2 cans Clams drained and chopped
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. 2. In the same pot, sauté the onion, garlic, and celery until softened.
  3. 3. Add the potatoes and clam juice. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender.
  4. 4. Stir in the heavy cream and clams. Cook until heated through.
  5. 5. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Garnish with the cooked bacon.
