  • 4 pieces Chicken Breasts
  • 2 units Zucchini sliced
  • 1 unit Lemon juiced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
  2. 2. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, oregano, and thyme.
  3. 3. Cook the chicken in the skillet for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
  4. 4. Remove the chicken and set aside. In the same skillet, add the sliced zucchini and cook until tender.
  5. 5. Add the lemon juice to the zucchini and stir well.
  6. 6. Serve the chicken with the zucchini on the side.
