Ingredients

  • 4 fillets Salmon about 6 oz each
  • ¼ cup Orange juice
  • 2 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce low sodium
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon zest
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together orange juice, honey, soy sauce, garlic, olive oil, lemon zest, salt, and black pepper.
  3. 3. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. 4. Brush the citrus glaze over the salmon fillets.
  5. 5. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  6. 6. Serve immediately, garnished with additional lemon zest if desired.
