Cinnamon Swirl Quick Bread

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Baking powder
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- ⅓ cup Unsalted butter, melted
Cinnamon Swirl
- ⅓ cup Sugar
- 2 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl, combine the milk, vanilla extract, and melted butter. Add to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
In a small bowl, mix together the sugar and cinnamon for the swirl.
Pour half of the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Sprinkle with half of the cinnamon-sugar mixture. Add the remaining batter and top with the rest of the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
Use a knife to swirl the cinnamon mixture through the batter.
Bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let cool before slicing.
