Cinnamon Swirl Bread Recipe

- 3 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Milk warm
- 2 tablespoon Butter melted
- 2 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 2 ¼ teaspoon Active dry yeast
Cinnamon Sugar Filling
- ½ cup Sugar
- 2 tablespoon Cinnamon
1. In a mixing bowl, combine warm milk, melted butter, and sugar. Sprinkle yeast over the mixture and let it sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
2. Add flour and salt to the yeast mixture. Stir until a dough forms.
3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
5. Punch down the dough and roll it out into a rectangle. Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar filling evenly over the dough.
6. Roll up the dough tightly and place it in a greased loaf pan. Cover and let it rise for another 30 minutes.
7. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake the bread for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
8. Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
