Instructions
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, toss the sweet potato fries with olive oil until evenly coated.
In a small bowl, mix together the sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Sprinkle this mixture over the sweet potato fries and toss to coat.
Spread the fries out in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the fries are crispy and golden brown.
