  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, toss the sweet potato fries with olive oil until evenly coated.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Sprinkle this mixture over the sweet potato fries and toss to coat.
  4. Spread the fries out in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the fries are crispy and golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
