  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
  3. Sprinkle half the mixture on a clean surface.
  4. Place puff pastry on top and sprinkle remaining mixture.
  5. Roll both long sides of the pastry towards the center until they meet.
  6. Slice into ¼-inch pieces and place on a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden.
