Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • ½ cup Milk
  • 1 Egg beaten
  • 2 tablespoon Butter melted
  • ½ cup Sugar for coating
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon for coating
  • 2 cups Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, mix milk, beaten egg, and melted butter.
  3. Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
  4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of batter into hot oil and fry until golden brown.
  6. Remove donut holes with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
  7. Roll warm donut holes in cinnamon sugar mixture.
