Ingredients

  • 1 cup Butter softened
  • 1.5 cups Sugar
  • 2.75 cups All-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 Eggs

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until smooth.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.
  4. Combine the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt; gradually blend into the creamed mixture.
  5. Roll dough into walnut-sized balls, and place them 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheets.
  6. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven, or until lightly browned.
  7. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
