- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Ground cinnamon
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ½ cup Butter, melted
- 2 large Eggs
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl, whisk together milk, melted butter, and eggs.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
Bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
