- 1 sheet Puff pastry thawed if frozen
- ¼ cup Granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon Ground nutmeg
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.
Mix the sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a small bowl.
Sprinkle the sugar mixture evenly over the puff pastry.
Fold the sides of the pastry towards the center, repeating until they meet in the middle.
Cut the folded pastry into ¼-inch slices and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
Let cool before serving.
