Dough
- 1 cup Warm Milk
- 2 ¼ teaspoon Active Dry Yeast
- ¼ cup Granulated Sugar
- ⅓ cup Butter, melted
- 1 Large Egg
- 4 cups All-Purpose Flour
- 1 teaspoon Salt
Filling
- ½ cup Butter, softened
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 2 tablespoon Ground Cinnamon
1. In a mixing bowl, combine warm milk and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
2. Add sugar, melted butter, egg, and salt. Mix well.
3. Gradually add flour and mix until a dough forms. Knead for 5-7 minutes.
4. Roll out dough into a rectangle. Spread softened butter over the dough.
5. Mix brown sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle over the buttered dough.
6. Roll up the dough tightly and cut into 12 rolls. Place in a greased baking dish.
7. Let the rolls rise for 60 minutes.
8. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
