Ingredients 

Pancake Batter

  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon Baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¾ cup Milk
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 tablespoon Melted butter

Cinnamon Swirl

  • ¼ cup Brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoon Melted butter

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, mix milk, egg, and melted butter. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  3. In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter to make the cinnamon swirl.
  4. Heat a griddle or skillet over medium heat. Pour ¼ cup of batter onto the griddle. Swirl a spoonful of the cinnamon mixture into the batter.
  5. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown. Repeat with remaining batter.
