Bread Ingredients
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Baking powder
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Milk
- 2 units Eggs
- ⅓ cup Butter, melted
Cinnamon Swirl
- ⅓ cup Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoon Butter, melted
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, and melted butter. Add to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
Pour half of the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
In a small bowl, mix together the sugar and cinnamon for the swirl. Sprinkle half over the batter in the pan.
Pour the remaining batter over the cinnamon sugar layer, then sprinkle the remaining cinnamon sugar on top. Swirl with a knife.
Bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
