Cinnamon Raisin Bread

- 3 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Raisins
- 1 tablespoon Ground cinnamon
- 1 cup Milk warm
- 1 tablespoon Butter melted
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 2 teaspoon Active dry yeast
1. In a mixing bowl, combine warm milk, melted butter, and active dry yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
2. Add flour, salt, and ground cinnamon to the mixture. Knead until a dough forms.
3. Fold in the raisins. Place the dough in a greased loaf pan.
4. Cover and let it rise for about 30 minutes.
5. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
6. Let the bread cool before slicing. Enjoy!
