Coating

butter, melted

Instructions
1. In a mixing bowl, combine warm water, yeast, and sugar. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
2. Add flour and salt to the yeast mixture. Mix until a dough forms.
3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth.
4. Divide the dough into 8 pieces. Roll each piece into a rope and shape into a pretzel.
5. Place pretzels on a baking sheet and let them rest for 10 minutes.
6. Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C). Bake pretzels for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
7. Brush warm pretzels with melted butter. Mix sugar and cinnamon together and sprinkle over pretzels.
