- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
Topping
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoon butter melted
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl, whisk together milk, oil, and eggs. Pour into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
In a small bowl, mix together the topping ingredients: sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter. Sprinkle over the batter.
Bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let cool before slicing.
