Main Ingredients
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- ½ teaspoon Baking soda
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
- ½ cup Unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup Granulated sugar
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- ½ cup Milk
- 2 cups Apples, peeled and chopped
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
In another bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with the milk. Fold in the chopped apples.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
