Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
  • ¼ cup Lime Juice freshly squeezed
  • ¼ cup Cilantro chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine lime juice, cilantro, garlic, olive oil, cumin, salt, and black pepper.
  2. 2. Add chicken breasts to the bowl and coat them well with the marinade. Let it sit for at least 15 minutes.
  3. 3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken breasts and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
  4. 4. Serve hot, garnished with extra cilantro and lime wedges if desired.
