Chorizo Breakfast Burritos

- 8 oz Chorizo sausage
- 6 Large eggs
- ¼ cup Milk
- 1 cup Shredded cheese
- 4 large Flour tortillas
- 1 tablespoon Butter
1. Cook the chorizo in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked. Remove from skillet and set aside.
2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk. Pour the egg mixture into the same skillet and scramble until fully cooked.
3. Add the cooked chorizo back into the skillet with the scrambled eggs. Mix well.
4. Warm the flour tortillas in a separate skillet or microwave.
5. Divide the chorizo and egg mixture evenly among the tortillas. Top with shredded cheese.
6. Roll up the tortillas to form burritos. Serve immediately.
