Main Ingredients
- 200 g Dark Chocolate finely chopped
- 100 ml Heavy Cream
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 2 tablespoon Unsweetened Cocoa Powder for coating
1. Heat the cream in a saucepan until it just begins to simmer.
2. Pour the hot cream over the chopped dark chocolate in a mixing bowl.
3. Let it sit for a minute, then whisk until smooth.
4. Stir in the vanilla extract.
5. Refrigerate the mixture for about 1-2 hours until firm.
6. Scoop out small amounts and roll into balls.
7. Roll the balls in cocoa powder to coat.
