Ingredients
Crust

Filling

heavy cream

dark chocolate

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, and salt. Add cold butter and mix until crumbly. Add beaten egg and mix until dough forms.
3. Press dough into a tart pan. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Let it cool.
4. For the filling, heat heavy cream in a saucepan until it just begins to simmer. Remove from heat and add chopped chocolate. Stir until smooth.
5. Add softened butter and vanilla extract to the chocolate mixture. Stir until well combined.
6. Pour filling into the cooled tart crust. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
