Chocolate Swirl Cheesecake Bars

Crust
- 1.5 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
- 0.5 cup Melted Butter
Filling
- 16 oz Cream Cheese softened
- 0.75 cup Sugar
- 2 large Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 4 oz Semi-Sweet Chocolate melted and cooled
Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Line a 9x9 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl. Press mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan.
In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla extract, mixing until combined.
Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust. Drop spoonfuls of melted chocolate on top and swirl with a knife.
Bake for 45 minutes or until the center is set. Cool completely before cutting into bars.
