Ingredients 

Dough

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 packet active dry yeast
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ½ cup milk warm
  • ¼ cup butter melted
  • 1 egg beaten

Filling

  • ½ cup chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoon butter softened

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of flour, yeast, and sugar.
  2. Add warm milk, melted butter, and beaten egg. Mix well.
  3. Gradually add remaining flour to form a soft dough.
  4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes.
  5. Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise until doubled, about 1 hour.
  6. Roll out dough into a rectangle. Spread softened butter, sprinkle brown sugar, and chocolate chips.
  7. Roll up the dough and cut into 12 rolls. Place on a baking sheet.
  8. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
