Chocolate Stout Brownies Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup stout beer
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 1 ½ cups granulated sugar
- ¾ cup cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x9 inch baking pan.
In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add stout beer and stir.
Remove from heat, add sugar and cocoa powder. Mix well.
Add vanilla extract and eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
Stir in flour and salt until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips.
Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Let cool before cutting into squares.
