Crust
- 1.5 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
- 0.5 cup Melted Butter
Filling
- 1 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 0.5 cup Powdered Sugar
Topping
- 1 cup Dark Chocolate Chips
- 0.5 cup Heavy Cream
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into a tart pan to form the crust.
Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then let it cool.
In another bowl, whisk together peanut butter, heavy cream, and powdered sugar until smooth. Pour this mixture into the cooled crust.
In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream until it just begins to simmer. Pour it over the dark chocolate chips and let sit for a minute, then stir until smooth.
Pour the chocolate mixture over the peanut butter filling. Refrigerate the tart for at least 2 hours before serving.
