- 1 cup chocolate cookie crumbs
- ¼ cup melted butter
- 1 quart chocolate ice cream softened
- 1 cup peanut butter melted
- 1 cup whipped cream for topping
- ½ cup chocolate chips for garnish
1. Mix chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter in a bowl. Press mixture into a pie dish to form the crust.
2. Spread softened chocolate ice cream over the crust. Freeze for 10 minutes.
3. Pour melted peanut butter over the ice cream layer. Freeze for another 10 minutes.
4. Top with whipped cream and garnish with chocolate chips. Freeze until firm, about 2 hours.
5. Let sit at room temperature for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
